Weekly news for 2.7.23

Dear Friends

We are all looking forward to Will’s exciting day on Sunday.

A little word

Love and faithfulness meet together;  righteousness and peace kiss each other.                     Psalm 85.10 (NIV)

Noah. Abraham, Isaac, Moses, David, Hezekiah, Joseph, are all described as faithful. But if you know their stories you will know they were not perfect. They messed up, sometimes big time. Faithfulness is about keeping going and it is about never giving up. Because God never gives up on us.

Things to pray for

  • Give thanks for those you recognise as being faithful. Those who hang on in there.
  • For Refugees and Asylum seekers – as they are used as political footballs.
  • For all those being ordained this weekend – especially Will.
