Weekly news for 25.5.25

Dear Friends,

Thanks to those who helped with the Big Brekkie last week.

A little word

God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face to shine upon us Psalm 67.1 (CW)

These words remind me of that feeling when the warmth of the sun breaks through. The world always feels better in the sunshine. But it is also true that above the clouds the sun is always shining. We may not always be aware of God’s graciousness and blessing, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t there. Take a moment to think of the many ways in which you have been blessed.

Things to pray for

  • Give thanks for your blessings.
  • For the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza – and those with influence, to act justly.
  • For schools as pupils and staff take a 1/2 term break.
