Dear Friends

A very happy New Year to you all.

Here is the very brief latest news, please note the updated Zoom log-in, which works for all our regular Sundays. Do please also check in with the facebook page www.facebook.com/ccpitsmoor/   and website  www.pitsmoor.church/  during the week as things do change!

A little word

Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus                                         Philippians 2.5

The experience of the last year makes anyone planning on New Year resolutions look mad! We never do know what the future hold, but we are reminded of that on an almost daily basis now.

What we can do is resolve to let the Incarnation be not just for Christmas, but for every day. We celebrate God in human form, and He calls us, through His Spirit, to emulate that. The very presence of God in our world.

Thanks to Ben for making the Advent thoughts so accessible to all, and thanks to all the contributors for your insights and thoughtfulness.

Thanks too for all who helped or attended over Christmas. It was unusual, but different can be good too.
